Q:  Where are your warehouses located and how fast can I expect my shipment to come?
A:  To make shipment take the swiftest amount of time possible, we placed our warehouses to be interspersed throughout the states. This ensures that no matter where in the US you are from, your maximum distance from a warehouse is still close enough to get to you within the next couple of days or less.

Q:  Is there a tax fee with my purchase?
A:  Your order will be completely tax free! Unless your shipping address is in NY, in which case a small 8.50% will be taxed, or in NJ, in which case a smaller 7% will be taxed.. This is due to the fact that our offices are in New Jersey.

Q: Where can I find DC Cargo Mall?
A: You can find us anywhere in the world, and that's because we are exclusively online. Rev up your device and skim around. All processing can be made online as well at your convenience in the comfort of your own home or anywhere else for that matter!

Q:  What hours can I call for Customer service?
A:  Our in-office hours are as following:
Mon-Thurs: 9:00am — 5:00pm
Fri: 9:00am — 1:00pm
Otherwise just leave a message and we will be delighted to return your call.

Q:  What if I need something that I don't see on your site?
A:  Simply call us and let us know. We can restock for you and even do custom orders.
