SHIPPING INFORMATION

To place your order, simply check out online, or call 1-(866)-998-0577 (toll-free) for assistance during normal business hours (Eastern time).

When you add items to your cart, you can instantly calculate shipping based on your state and zip code. Our calculator will show you estimated costs for ground, 2nd day air, and next day air shipping options, as well as the possibility of billing your own UPS or FedEx account. For bulk purchases, contact us directly.

Orders may be shipped via FedEx or another carrier; but you will not be charged any more than the shipping estimates in your cart.

If your shipment is oversize or heavy weight, DC Cargo Mall will ship via an LTL carrier unless you specify otherwise. Customer pickups are welcome but it is the driver’s responsibility to secure the load.

All orders ship within 1-2 business days; a full 90% of orders are shipped within 24 hours. Custom orders may take longer; ask for a time schedule when purchasing.

DC CARGO MALL RETURN POLICY

At DC Cargo Mall, we want you to be absolutely content. If the products you receive are not what you had expected, follow the appropriate steps as detailed below to allow us to help you.

OUR MISTAKE

We do our very best to avoid any supply errors. However, in the rare case in which you receive the wrong product or the delivered goods arrive damaged, please notify us within two business days of receiving the order. We will make every effort to replace the product appropriately and we will issue a specific Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

Please refrain from shipping your return until you receive your RGA. Note that we can only process returns received within 30 days of original order receipt.

If you ordered the wrong product, please contact us for an RGA number and refrain from shipping your return until you receive your RGA. Note that we can only process returns received within 30 days of original order receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

RETURN PROCESSING CRITERIA

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected. To avoid denial of your return, please verify that the product you are returning qualifies for refund. Depending on the quality of the returned items, DC Cargo Mall reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.

  • » Products must be shipped securely in the original packaging
  • » Products must be complete with all standard certification labels (such as UL listing, capacity, brand name, etc.) intact.
  • » Any security seal must be unbroken.
  • » Products must be free of any type of damage, including but not limited to dents, scratches, and cracks.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Once you receive your RGA number, ship the product via UPS or your preferred carrier to the address below. Be sure to include your specific RGA number. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your returned product is received. All refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
